We do accept returns

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders(unless damaged or defected)
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale(unless damaged or defected)
- Items that or not damaged or defected
- Items stated as being delivered
- Items being returned because a customer has changed their mind or as buyers remorse.
- Items that have been worn
- Items that have passed the return period
Conditions of return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
What if the order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you think you haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
What if the recipient’s address was wrong?
If the recipient’s address was wrong, then you are held responsible which includes reshipping. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. We’ll ask for a correct updated address.
If a product is returned, it will come back to us and we’ll place it in temporary returns for 28 days at no cost. During this time, you’ll be able to change the shipping address, and you’ll be responsible for shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity.
If the package was not returned to the sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time.
